How Does It Work?

Paint And Take Using Acrylic Paint

Select an item to paint. We stock a large range of unfinished ceramics known as ‘bisque’. There are various children’s collectables to choose from.
Think of your piece. When you have chosen your piece to paint think of the colours you wish to use.
Paint. All paints are water based and non toxic so are suitable for all ages. We have a large range of colours to choose from and they dry very quickly.

Drying. When the painting of your piece is complete we will dry it for you so you can take it home the same day.

Kiln Glazed Pottery Way 2 Using Glaze

Select an item to paint. We stock a large range of unfinished ceramics known as ‘bisque’. Items include children’s and adult collectables plates, mugs , dining ware.
Think of a design. You can think of a design yourself or use one of our many pattern books for ideas. When you have thought of what you wish to paint, you can draw outlines in pencil first as many pencil marks will disappear when the item is fired in the kiln.
Paint. All paints are water based and non toxic so are suitable for all ages. We have a large range of colours to choose from and they dry very quickly. For best results, apply two or three coats of paint.
Glazing. We will then glaze and fire your masterpiece in one of our kilns - Your masterpiece will then be ready for collection in approximately a week’s time.
